Our office in Wherry Road, Norwich has now re-opened, but in line with Government advice, we have put in place relevant new working practices to ensure the health and safety of our staff, tenants, contractors and members of the public whom visit our office.
Our office, will in line with the government and Public Health England guidance, be doing the following:-

Viewings

Prior to viewing make sure you have watched the video tour of the property so you have as much information as possible before making an appointment to physically view.
We will ask COVID-19 health-related questions before the appointments and make sure only persons from the same household attend the viewing. We politely ask that no children accompany at this time.

Let you know that the viewing representative and any occupiers of the property are symptom-free.

Clearly inform you of what you need to do prior to a viewing and how it will be carried out.

For all appointments carried out social distancing will be strictly followed and PPE is available for all our staff. We ask that you bring gloves and face covering to your viewing.

If the property is empty we will wipe down all surfaces and leave all doors open and wait outside whilst you have a look around. If the property is still occupied we will accompany you and request that we all adhere to social distancing rules.

The full Government advice that we will all be following can be found at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/government-advice-on-home-moving-during-the-coronavirus-covid-19-outbreak#advice-to-the-public

Please do read the section on advice to the public that will explain our new practices and our staff will ensure you are confident how your appointment will look in our ‘new normal’
