Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent directly to us. Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

Currently there are no occasions where personal data will be stored on this website. All data is sent directly to us as defined in section 3.2.

All traffic (transferral of files) between this website and your browser is delivered over HTTP protocol.

We use only one third party, Google, to process data on our behalf in respect of site visitation as mentioned in 3.1 above. This supplier has been carefully chosen and complies with the legislation set out in section 2.0. They are based in the USA and are EU-U.S Privacy Shield compliant and in this instance the data involved is not personally identifiable.
